Privacy

OmniSafe365 is designed to keep routine field data on the user’s device whenever practical and to send only the information needed for features the user chooses to use.

Payment and account data

Payments are processed by Stripe. OmniSafe365 does not receive or store your full card number. For licensing and account access, we may store your purchase email, plan, billing status, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, an OmniSafe365 license record, and registered-device records used to enforce the plan device limit. Device records use a random browser-generated identifier plus a general device/browser label and last-used time; they are not intended to be hardware serial numbers.

Inspection data

Completed inspections, drafts, photos, and Quick Captures are primarily stored in your browser/device in the current web-app build. If you use a cloud share, continue-link, or dashboard-sharing feature, the selected report or dashboard data may be stored temporarily on our hosting infrastructure so the link can work.

Camera, microphone, and location

The application can request access to your camera, microphone, and device location to perform inspection features. Browser permission controls govern this access. Camera and microphone access are used for the inspection experience and are not intended for unrelated background recording.

Third parties

Stripe processes payment and subscription information. Netlify hosts the web application, serverless functions, and temporary data used by certain cloud features. Browser-based document libraries may be loaded from content delivery networks to generate reports.

Retention

Local inspection history remains on your device until you clear it or browser storage is removed. Some temporary cloud-sharing records in the current application are designed to expire. Licensing records are retained as needed to provide purchased access, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and support customers.

Your choices

You can deny optional browser permissions, clear locally stored app data, cancel a Pro subscription through the billing portal, and contact support with account or privacy questions.
